I am a giant. Well, not really. There are actually plenty of tall people here in Taipei.

So, I have arrived. I’m working through an organization to teach, so we have had orientation this past week, interspersed with sightseeing trips and plenty of eating (more on food another time).

Not a whole lot of culture shock yet. Probably because this is a big city, it’s not much of a shock to my system; I’m expecting the smaller towns where we’ll be teaching to be much more different.
